1. We Know We Have Eternal Life So, We also Know God Will Answer Prayer (5:14-17)
A. Assurance is found when we bend our will to God’s will
B. Assurance is found as we pray for other Christians
2. Assurance is Found as We Build on the Certainties of the Christian Life (5:18-21)
A. We know that the Christian has victory over sin (5:18)
B. We know that we belong to God (5:19)
C. We know that God has Given Us Understanding (5:20-21)
